Knit for Others 2025

Now until December 31
Donation basket near the Princeton Public Library Welcome Desk

Our 16th Annual Knit for Others is underway. Again this year, we are hoping to fill the clothesline at the Welcome Desk with handmade winter items, including traditional scarves, hats, mittens, or even sweaters and afghans. Knitters and crocheters may use any type of wool or acrylic yarn. Kits with enough yard to make a hat or pair of mittens will be available at the Welcome Desk. Also available are information packets with a selection of easy patterns. Supplies are limited. Donated items can be placed in the basket near the Welcome Desk through the end of the year. In early January, we will distribute the items to local organizations. https://princetonlibrary.org/guides/knitting/
