Women’s Employee Resource Group (WERG) is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all employees. This ERG highlights the unique experiences and perspectives of women. WERG welcomes and encourages participation from all employees, including allies and those who identify as women. Our programming and membership are open to all staff, encouraging greater understanding and partnership amongst colleagues in the workforce.
The mission of the Women of Princeton ERG is to foster supportive and productive ties among women and allies in the workplace and to affirm and enhance their contributions to the University community. WERG creates opportunities for social interaction, networking, mentoring, community engagement, and professional and personal development among all members.
